Houndr started the way most good ideas do — out of frustration.

We were tired of trawling through endless generic marketplaces, sifting through cheap products with confusing descriptions, hoping that whatever turned up at the door would actually be worth it. Our pets deserved better than that. And honestly, so did we.

So we built Houndr — a curated collection of pet supplies chosen for one reason and one reason only: because they're genuinely good. Not because they were cheap to source, not because they had flashy packaging, but because they work, they last, and pets actually love them.
